HERBTANA by saltman Experience Level: Intermediate Posted on 10/11/2009 from LITTLETON, CO UNITED STATES Comments: This was one of the first products Ive ever used that actualy worked in my tank. I bought an Achilles tang and quarantened it for 6 weeks,and yet it develouped ick. I ordered the Herbtana because I had used Microbe-lift products in my backyard pond and know of their good reputation.Unfortunatly the company I bought this from took almost two weeks to send it to me and I lost the Achilles. But several fish in my tank were now infected. My lemon peel angel and my Regal blue tang were the worst,and my sohol tang was definitely seeing symtoms. I started dosing and within 8 days the fish started recovering.The only reaction I got to the tank was my blue haddons anemone would slightly curl up around the tips but then reinflate later. No problems with sps, lps and softies. Also shrimp,crabs, worms and snails werent affected. This product has almost a "lysterine" like smell. Not your typical pepper juice product. I will use this again if I have another outbreak. Good to have in the arsonal!!!! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
