Comments: LOVED THE BULBS COLOR IS GREAT AND THEY SEEM TO BURN COOLER THEN MY OLD ONES.. SHIPPING ISSUES HELD THEM UP FOR 8 DAYS. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Bulb fits well into the smaller HQ Viper and has a bluer but not too blue light than the 14K stock. Just right. Looks much better. One of the ceramic ends of the bulb partially broke and crumbled when I inserted it into a tight fight which does not affect operation. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I've seen some nice 20000k metal halide setups at the local fish store, so decide to try some -- but these are way too blue. I like the Ushio 10,000k I had before, but now my white sand no longer looks white, but blue. The colors of the tank look washed out. I think it looks artificial and tacky, as if some blue cellophane were put over the tank. What a waste of money. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I've had the bulb in use for about a week now. This bulb is much bluer than the 14k I had in there, but that is what I was going for. My evaporation rate has lessened, and the fish seem to like the cooler bulb. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The 20k spectrum is great for color. Your corals and fish colors will pop. This comes at a price though. Par ratings for 20k bulbs are not good for coral growth. I Would buy this bulb again. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Good bulb for the price. No real issues. I followed the manufacturer's recommendation of a year of useful life. The only down side is that over that year the bulbs color spectrum did change to a more white light. I use two bulbs in my system and one changed at a faster rate than the other. End result is that one side of my tank looked whiter while the other still had more of a bluish tint. Other than that, it gets the job done. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Switched too this bulb after using a 14,000k bulb. After the burn in period was through this bulb shines a crisp bluish white. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I would have to say that I am generally disappointed with this bulb. The color was a lot more yellow than the 14k Hamilton that I had before. I kept hoping that it would burn in more blue, but it never did. Maybe the ones that I got were mis-labeled at the factory. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is an excellent product! It burns a deep blue and really brings out the vibrant colors of the fish and coral. I had 2 10k 250w bulbs in prior and they washed out much of the color. These are a mush have. also, Algea is growing less under these lighting conditions than my 10k bulbs. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
