Comments: Well it's a good retro system but I'm still having problems with the connections. Half the time the lights don't want to come on because there isn't a good connection between the lights and the end caps. I have to wiggle them to get them to work. I know it's not the wiring because I've checked it three times. It might just be my bad luck. But once they are on... perfect.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The product is great and easy to use. I do get a delay with turning on these lights as compared to the Ice cap balast I have. It is 1 second behind in start up but thats no big deal im just being picky. I only gave it 4 stars because of the lack of instructions. It gave me a picture diagrahm but I wish there was more. I am not electric inclined and this was my first attempt and I wish directions were better. But I got it done
