Comments: Very versatile product.The Build Quality and overall feel is very high. The Bulbs are fantastic too. Bright and clear, very powerful for 65w. Runs Cool and Quiet. Reflectors are very well polished. The fact that the bulbs have individual wiring, switched and reflectors allows for a lot of different set ups to be catered for. I wouldn't choose any other lamp for this application. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I installed this on an Eclipse hood system over a 29 gallon reef tank. The pieces are all individual so it is very easy to cut refelctors and attach lights as necessary. I looked everywhere for a powerful upgrade solution that "might" fit under an Eclipse 3 hood for a 29 gallon tank and this was the most versatile and powerful solution I could find. Both lights don't fit with both reflectors under an Eclipse hood. You need to cut/modify the reflectors and add some glass/plexy over the water, but it is possible. The amount of light is amazing. If you are looking for a powerful and flexible set of lighting components for a custom fit over a small tank, this is a good option. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I ended up getting these because the more expensive PFO 24 2x65W was discontinued. At first glance they seem quality; however, I planned to lay these on top of my glass canopy. The reflector is too shallow and the bulbs actually touch the glass and plastic on the top of my tank. It melted the plastic! I had to add aluminum to the edges of the reflector to make them deeper. These would be good if the buyer plans to hang them, but forget about laying them on top! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Outstanding! Single bulb retrofits are popular for Eclipse 12 systems, but to really improve your set-up this is the lighting system you want. My 12 now looks much brighter and coral response has been overwhelmingly positve. The ballast is great because you can attach separate timers to each bulb for a nice sunrise/sunset set up. I highly recommend to eclipse 12 owners. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: If you actually know what a power compact is, you can install this unit--all you really need is a phillips screw driver. This slick unit is beyond great. Once again Marine depot has come thru with shining customer service from product availability to shipping. Current makes this retrofit kit so easy, it is almost truly "plug n play" I liked the first one so much I bought another and am considering replacing a set with a third. Great price great product. A must have for hooded systems.... Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The Current USA PowerCompact Dual SunPaq Retrofit Kit was priced very well, arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Love the two separate cords to allow individual automation between the two bulbs and the positive retention system used to keep the cables attached and well sealed to the bulbs and ballast connections. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: My fish, plants & I really love this lighting system. It was very easy to install and the lights look great! I decided to go with the Retrofit kit because I have a nice canopy for my tank that I wanted to utilize. I also chose this brand instead of PFO because Current USA comes complete with bulbs while PFO did not. Therefore this kit was a better bang for my buck! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
