Comments: I like this light. Only 1 power cord for all 3 circuits is really nice. One of the timers is installed a little crooked in mine, but works fine. The night-time LEDs are not real bright. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The docking mounts are apoor design and of inadequate size for the system. Others utilize a much better system with more substantial mounts for the weight of the system The air gapmounts are also undersized and inadequate. The timers are not designed very well and the markings are very difficult to read. They are also not easy to change without a lot of difficulty. (the timers as well as the docking feet and air gap mounts. If these areas can be approved the system would be much better and possibly worth the expense involved. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I purchased this light in order to convert my 30g tank from FOWLR to a reef tank. The lights are fantastic! The few corals I have gotten since the lights arrived are thriving and I look forward to filling my tank. I debated getting the unit with the timers, but I am very happy I did. They keep the tank functioning flawlessly and everyone is happy. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I am very happy with this light.Easy to get up and running, great output..corals love it ! I was a little skeptical cause another review slammed it for having a loud fan but I found no such thing. Love the single cord,no temp rise,timers are easy to set,Leds give some cool night time viewing. Seems to be well built, had it running on my 20 gallon reef for 3 weeks and all is well. Worth it the money . Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I bought this for my 36 In. and it works very well. Really bright and has a helpfull two timer system to control all the lights. Right now i have the white timed first,then blue and once those click off the moonlights automatically come on. I love the moonlights they really look great, much brighter thn old ones in last light. This light fits perfect under my canopy and is a good quality Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I love the light and it will be great for me to start my 30 gal with some coral or anemones. The quality of this light very high end... Well worth the money.. A couple of things though, the directions for the timers, legs, etc were terrible. Second, it is recommended that there be a cover on the tank but with the way the legs curve in as they go up, it makes it very difficult to feed my fish. Also, it would have been nice for a little background on the light, what it is best used for, how long to leave it on, etc. Being new to the salt water hobby (Have had cichlids for years) it would have been nice for some more info. If you are a seasoned hobbyist then you won't need the instructions, background etc, so you won't have any issues! Excellent light!!! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I recently up graded my Fish and Live rock Tank's lights to this set up to begin to add some soft corals, and boy was I impressed with the light's output! You can see it all the way down the hall! The fish seemed to love it the minute I turned them on. Just got my first mushroom coral and it opened right up under the lights! I couldn't be happier! Comments: Great lighting for tanks that are 24 inches tall or less , Using this light on a 40 breeder ( 17 inches tall )and is working well for an SPS tank . Recomend replacing bulbs after about 5-6 months , and go with the higher end T5's . Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is an exceptional lighting system. No hassle. Easy to set up then forget about. My wife and I love the moon light. It comes on automaticly when the lights are off and couppled with surface disturbance it creates some realy nice moonlight ray effects. Comments: Great light. I replaced my 4 bulb T5 Nova Extreme with this light. Now instead of having 4 power cords cluttering up my surge protector I only have one. This light is brighter and the legs are sturdier compared to my old light. The two fans are quitter than the one fan was on the other light. I would definitely recommend this light. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: It took me a few tries to get the timers to work correctly but now that they are set they seem to do what they say. The noise from the fan is a bit louder then i was expecting. This replaced a JBJ fixture that had really loud fans so I am sad that the fan is so loud. The fan is also tied to the blue lights so in order to shut it off you have to shut those down. I would not purchase this again nor suggest it to others. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Arrived with a metal endcap coming loose on one of the bulbs but still works. I love how everything you need is in one unit. I also like how it comes with the interchangable LED/moonlight covers. The only thing that I do not like and found out after speaking with Current USA was that every part is available for you to replace after the warranty runs out except the timers which doesnt make sense because are a main part on this fixture and has the potential to fail eventually (not saying it will). This needs to change. Otherwise, great product. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I'm using this on a 36-inch tank. The feet can slide all the way down the length of the light, one screw per foot, so you could put it on a much smaller tank if needed. Also includes rubber feet for canopy use, they are about an inch tall. The timers are easy to use or you can switch one or both bulb pairs to 'always on', all on one electric plug. Moonlights add a nice touch, they come with blue snap-ons so you can easily mix whites and blues. Fan noise isnt too bad, my loud skimmer drowns it out. My first lights so not much to compare to, but if I turn the whole thing on at night, it lights my entire apartment and corals seem to be happy. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is the perfect light for my application. I set the timers and forget about it. Only one cord to plug in to run all three functions plus the fan. The tank water runs cooler with this fixture than it did with the factory light. It is very bright. The corals love it. It made the tank look much more vibrant. Comments: Very great setup! I have a 30gal in my room and I needed a quiet light so it didn't go "VROOOOM" when the fans kick on. But it isn't loud at all. I actually don't even hear the fans which is a big bonus! The ease with the timers was a big helper because it freed up some extra plugs where the old timer was for the old lights. The setting up a Morning-Daytime-Nightime phase with the lights is amazing. The moon lights are a great touch to an already awesome product. You can make the moon lights either a dark blue with the light covers provided or leave them off and leave them a bright white so fish don't run into anemones. I recommend this light if you want to keep Soft Corals and/or an anemone. If its a fish only setup.. just keep your stock lighting.. unless you plan to get corals in the future. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

So much better than the spaghetti mess of other systems. The lights run very cool and the fan is very quiet if you have a coral system put it on your shopping list. Comments: Nice construction,easy to set up, and well priced. The value is definately there. This light fixture is quiet, and only raises the tank temperature by .5 degrees. Very impressive considering it is only two inches from the surface of the water and the ballasts are built into the hood. I plan on replacing the bulbs with another brand, but that's just my personal preferance. These fixtures are worth every dollar. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This light destroys what I had in the tank before. Zoas are popping up like crazy now at the very bottom of a 18" tank. I also an anemone down there that has already grown and it's only been a week. I've always wanted a clam, until now I wouldn't even try it. The timers work great, easy. The lunar lights are way nice! Only thing,.. The Lunar lights give a glimmer affect which is amazing in a dark room. The only downfall to this in my opinion is it makes you realize the glimmer effect is truely gorgeous and a true depiction of the underwater. Metal Halide gives this affect during the day as well. If I had more money I would have invested in a MH. Yet for the price and what this light does for my Tank, it is worth it for sure. The fan seems to work well, it puuls the air out the back and away from the tank. I've had less heat problems with this light than I've had with others. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Arrived with broken bulbs that MarineDepot very quickly replaced with excellent customer service. Timers easy to use, good reflectors. Legs are flimsy - I worry they will slip to the side if jarred and the light will fall; also the end of the splash gaurd cracked after having to take it on and off a few times but does not affect function and isn't visible. Biggest selling point for me was the convience of built in timers and moonlights - not being electrically inclined this was the simplist way to get set up. No fish in the tank so no comments yet how critters like it. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: What a great package for convenient light control. Having just one electrical cord, separate timers for the blue and white lights, and moonlights coming on automatically when ambient lighting falls below pre-set limits, is a system a user would have designed. You can even change the color of the moonlights from white to blue. Draw back. The legs need a way to clamp into final position once the user sets the unit up. Right now, every time the light gets moved, the legs slide and push out the plastic splash cover. If you have to move the unit for cleaning, feeding, or whatever, make sure to have someone with you. Otherwise, good chance the light is going into the drink. What I would change: Add a timer to the moon (LED) lights like sprinkler timers ... 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, all the time. It would be nice to be able to turn them off sometime during the night (even the moon doesn't stay in the sky all night). The timers are way cool on the regular lights. As comes from the factory, one timer controls the blue lights while the other timer controls the white lights. The timers are a series of flip tabs, one for each 15 minutes meaning you can simulate clouds during the day etc. You could have the lights come on at 8 a.m. Then have one bank shut down from 10:00 to 10:15 then come back on. Later, have one bank of lights go off at 1:15 pm, the second banks of lights go off at 1:30 pm, one bank back on at 1:45, and both back on at 2:00 pm. Whatever 15 minute scheme you can come up with, they can be programmed to do. Simple, efficient, yet cost effective. With a total of 216W, a true 55-gallon tank will receives just short of 4W per gallon (3.92w). The 55 gallon tanks normally sold are actually 52 gallons (with no displacement) so you get the recommended 4 watts per gallon. Since reefers are usually the only ones really concerned with watts per gallon, figure in your rock displacement and you can see for 55 gallon or less systems, this is proper lighting. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: One cord! Most other comparable systems have a minimum of 3 or 4 cords which takes up a lot of outlet space. 2 integrated timers! "Set it and forget it". Really nice high output lighting system. I haven't had it for long, so I haven't been able to observe it's effect on any corals. But I think it's the best unit for the price. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The T5 USA Sundial light fixture is great light. It's definitely cooler and brighter than the compact fluorescent light fixure that I had been using and makes may 30 gallon salt water tank look exceptional. The dual moon lights are awesome and it's nice to be able to have the "white" light as well as the less bright "blue" moon light capability. The dual timers for the blue actinic and bright white day light and photo cell feature for the moon lights is unique and extremely nice. The only drawback as far as I'm concerned is that the cooling fan feature isn't quite as quiet as the one on my previous light. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the product! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I used to have a 130w power pompact light over a 20 gallon... now I have this 154w light over a 38 gallon... and it's brighter! The color of the light is a very nice blueish tone. Comments: I replaced my older PowerCompact light on my 75 gal. saltwater tank last year with a T5 light and was very happy with the results. This year I decided to purchase this light for my 29 gal. saltwater tank and so far I'm very pleased with the puchase. I only have two minor complaints, first is that the legs pictured on the box have set screws to prevent them from sliding, these are not on the legs that I received and will follow-up with Current. The second issue is that the instructions for setting the timers is confusing but you can figure them out on your own. Other than that I would recommend this light to anyone wanting to upgrade their aquarium lighting to T5 with causing a heat issue with the tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This light fixture has great features. It has 2 timers for creating a natural light pattern. The L.E.D.(moon) lights aid in seeing nighttime activity. The light output is extremely bright. The fixture has 2 fans(48") that give off very little noise or heat . My water temp has increased very little (.5 degrees)with this new light fixture. I am amazed at the colors of my fish under this new lighting fixture. I have it placed under a canopy for my 90 tank and it fits perfectly . If you are looking for a lighting upgrade, that fits under a canopy,at a great price, this is a must buy. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I recieved this light about 10 days ago and have it running over my (dry) tank to test it. S/H was great as nothing was broken when it arrived. The light, 4 bulbs, 2 timers, fan and everything is working great, and all on one power cord. A very "clean" setup! It would be nice if there were set screws to keep the docking mounts from sliding in the slots but I'll just use a couple dabs of silicone on either side of the legs to keep them in place. All-in-all it's a great light. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
