Comments: Have had it almost a week and still no skim, time for a Bubble King!! I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I purchased this pump as a replacement for a Sedra KSP-2500 pump that apparently is no longer made with the same physical dimensions. It has a small footprint so it fits well in my sump, and it is as quiet as the pump that it has replaced, however, it does not function as well as the Sedra. Bubbles are not as fine and it does not produce nearly as much waste. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The pump itself works fine. It is not an exact replacemet. When it arrived, there were no suction cups on the bottom. This leaves the skimmer to move around. I called customer service and was told that this is the way the unit comes. The pump is ok if you can live with it. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have to rate this product as unsatisfactory, because my first pump failed after two weeks so I was replacing it with this purchase. I had bought the ASM Mini-G Protein Skimmer from another company, and they didn't offer a replacement pump. I asked them for a warranty replacement, but I haven't received that as yet.I was extremely satisfied with this store's handling of this purchase, however. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I purchased this pump to replace my Sedra 2500 which nobody seemed to have. I needed to use some different plumbing parts to connect to my ASM Protein skimmer as it didn't quite match up. However, the pump is very quite and does a nice job on my 100 gal tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I built my own skimmer and I used this pump to drive the skimmer. I was so surprised at how much bubbles it made. The pump is so quiet and immediately it produced some gunk after I plugged in the pump. If you are a do it yourself guy like me and you are looking for a pump to use on your skimmer? This one's for you. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The pump does a great job but the downside is it's rather loud. My original pump broke so I sent i back and my new one is just as loud. The impeller shaft and rubber ends get worn out and this causes the impeller to vibrate inside the unit. It does extract tons of waste out of my tank however it is in our family room so I need to crank the surround sound up a bit to drown it out. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This pump works great and is adaptable. I am really impressed at the huge amount of bubbles and the size of the bubbles this pump creates - very small. I attribute this to the venturi which accepts 1/4" Inner Diameter (instead of Outer Diameter hose; plenty of air for the intake) and the needle wheel that comes with this pump which is very impressive. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This pump is amazing. It produces a great amount of bubbles and a large volume of water. I took it apart and examined it, and you can tell the parts are quality. The best part of the whole deal was it only took 2 days to get to my door. Tracking said it had 5 days, only took 2. I am very pleased. Originally planned to do the mesh mod, but with the way this pump performs I don't think I will mess with it. I highly recommend this product. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: My old Sedra 5000 pump that is at least 8 yrs old on my Euroreef CS6-2 finally gave out and I bought this one to replace. Even though the new Sedra 5000 does you a 1" outlet instead of the old 3/4", I had old 3/4" pvc pipes laying around to make it work. New pumps can make a big difference skimming and I'm glad I bought a new one and not a used unit. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Although the ASM Mini G makes for a great protein skimmer I have been having some unusual luck with their pumps. This being my third attempt in hopes to be satisfied with the pump, but no luck. I don't know if it's the pumps I have been receiving or if it has do do with a design flaw for all G-300 pumps. Once it gets plugged in the skimmer works fine but the amount of noise that the pump generates is unheard of. Hope this issue gets resolved. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I buy this pump to replace the one on my turboflow hang on from Aqua Medic .even rated at 350gph ,half of the Aqua medic but it pump twice as strong.It's very powerful that i have to modified(chop down the water outlet)the protein skimmer to make it work,i think i should buy the whole new skimmer.it makes a lot of micro bubbles all over the sum. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: ASM and Euroreef Skimmers are the best because of this pump. The needlewheel impeller and low wattage pump produce the finest microbubbles available of any skimmer out there. After 5 years I replaced the pump on my skimmer and it again began producing heavy skimmate immediately. Turned out the old pump only needed a new impeller so now I have a pump to experiment with skimmer design for myself! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
