AquaMaxx EcoMaxx EM Series In-Sump Protein Skimmers efficiently remove organic waste from aquarium water. SUPERIOR DESIGN

This skimmer Rocks!! High quality, easy assembly, plug and play. This skimmer is replacing another "recommended brand with "spray injection" which never produced foam. Within a minute of use it was producing thick foam. I would highly recommend this product.

This skimmer was easy to assemble, easy to use. To get rid of splashing sound, I set the water level of the sump at 8 3/4". It is dead silent and works extremely well. This is a lot of skimmer for the money. High quality acrylic. I highly recommend it.

I've owned numerous skimmers over the years. This is by far the best skimmer I have owned. The material is nice and thick with polished edges. The skimmer fired up and is completely silent. This skimmer takes up very little room in the sump due to the internal pump. The water level is extremely easy to control and very accurate. The collection cup design is one of the best I've yet see. I highly recommend this skimmer.

The fit and finish of this skimmer is better than any skimmer I have owned in the past.. and I have owned some top brands like AquaC, Reef Concepts and EuroReef.
But fit and finish is not enough to make an excellent product. The performance of the EM300 lives right up to its excellent looks. It is DEAD silent and makes huge amounts of dry foam. Its an excellent skimmer. If your sitting on the fence, pull the trigger and buy it !!!!

I finally got My EM200 yesterday. (its been on backorder for weeks) This thing is Amazing. In only 10 hours its all ready working and I didn't run vinegar or hot water in this one. I unboxed it and put it in. You will be so happy with this Aquamaxx Skimmer you won't buy any other kind from now on. Search Youtube for for EM 200 Im going to post Unbox video on it and the Carbon & GFO media reactor. AQUAMAXX IS THE BEST OUT FOR THE PRICE !

I've been running the skimmer for about 2-3 weeks now and I am sure impressed. First, the unit was very easy to install, simply had to connect airline and drop into my sump.
I noticed a huge difference in noise compared to my older AquaMaxx AM100 skimmer which I attribute to the new Sicce Syncra. These pumps are impressive and when coupled with a needle wheel they are foam producing machines. Have not had a bit of trouble shutting down for feeding either, pump starts every-time without problems.
Within 24 hours of installation, I was already collecting dark skim. I did rinse the unit in tap water before putting in the sump but still did not take long to break in. The outlet adjustment is super easy and with the clear acrylic you can dial in the foam level in seconds.
Highly recommended, for the price you cannot beat it.

Replaced my larger reef octopus skimmer with the otb pump with this new AquaMaxx skimmer and couldn't be happier! It's much more efficient with the Sicce pump, takes up less space in my sump, and is so much quieter! I'm glad I upgraded!
