Comments: This is an extremely expensive replacement impeller for the Ocean Runner pump, which is purposely modified for skimmers. I guess it is so expensive because it is probably imported from Germany, adding extra cost. The 2700 works great, and you'll probably never need a replacement impeller. Then again, you might want to consider the high cost when you're choosing a skimmer pump.

Comments: If you own a Turboflotor 1000 Multi SL (the hang on version), this impeller is NOT for your model. Call Aquamedic to get the right part since MD does not carry the part at this writing. The two Turboflotor models use slightly different pumps, hence the incompatibility. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way. MD did allow me to RMA it back to them but did lose about a week learning the lesson. The Turboflotor's a good skimmer, though.
