Comments: The original transformer that came with the UV sterilizer lasted just over two years. This was easy to replace and is working so far so yes I would recommend it to my friends.

Comments: The Aqua UV 40 W Replacement transformer/Ballast functions flawlessly and is nicely sealed. However, I have just ordered the third one in three years. Don't know whether the transformer is blowing the bulbs or vice verca, as they both fail at the same time. Bob A.
