When I got the kit the instructions were not the best but that was not the prob. after I hung everything it was time to put the black cup on the ceiling it would no hold because the rest of the rope was long and would not fit. After an hr I finally gave up. Other than that it’s a great product. When I want to clean I just raise the light and its perfect. I would only recommend changing the bracket in the ceiling to fit better. Hope this helps Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
