Comments: I've had a very healthy and hardy yellowhead jawfish for about a year, but the only substrate in my tank was live sand. Since adding some seasflor super reef sand, he's been busy at work creating much better living quarters for himself. And, it makes a more realistic "tank bottom." Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Used 45#'s of the CaribSea Seaflor Super Reef Sand and 20#'s of CaribSea Live agro and combined with Instant Ocean salt and all of our parameters were right in line right out of the gate and all has been well for the first few weeks after set-up. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This subtrate is the best i've ever purchased. It does need to be rinsed a bit but it is full of shells, chunks of coral skeletons and is a bright white under my halides. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is a very natural looking sand in the aquarium. I set up a big tank and it did take awhile rinsing the sand, but I sincerely believe it was worth it. I would buy the same product again because I like the way it looked so natural and I just added a few more shells when I was done. CaribSea is the best. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Well To be honest, I wasn't really all that impressed. Like everything in this world the picture of the product is semi-accurate. There are shells but not whole shells, just broken up pieces. Other than being disappointed with the lack of whole shells the product is a great value for those hobbyist who don't want to spend and arm & a leg buying live sand. It afforded me to buy a bag of live sand & mix the two, add some whole shells and walla. The look I was going for. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
