Now after 6-7 treatments of 24 oz of the product my tank is virtually clean of hair algae. FYI, I have 6 shrimp (3 cleaner and 3 scarlet) in the tank which appear to like eating the Chem-marin without negative effect. As I treat the hair algae I constantly have to scare them away, but otherwise no ill effects. Also in the tank are 2 blennies, 4 gobies, 2 tangs and a Marine beta all showing no ill effects. Again I choose to use more treatments of lesser volume to insure the safety of the inhabitits. In short I am exceedingly happy with the results and have just purchased an additional bottle for maintenance purposes. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
