Comments: the product did not perform to the quality I expected, perticularly since I had to buy an "applicator" which was nothing special. I used the MAX dose recommended, and it took me nearly an hour on 2 tanks (55 and 20g.) It did not not "KILL" anything, maybe it loosened stuff up for me to suck it out but my algae persists. IDK, maybe buy it and become more diligent with water changes, but this is not a solution to an on going hair algae problem in my experience, sorry to dissapoint: dont waste your money, they need to come up with something better I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Excellent!

Comments: Chem Marin Stop Hair Algae Applicator works like a charm but unfortunately the Chem Marin Stop Hair Algae didn't do anything. After two applications I still have the same amount of hair algae... I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The Chem Marin Stop Hair Algae solution and applicator was definitely a waste of money as neither product proved effective...I still have an over-whelming problem with algae to the point of tearing down my reef and starting over! I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: There not really any wiz bang technology here, just a dosing syringe with a specially sized tip. I had one similar I got for free at Shopko's Pharmacy for children's motrin. Effect is the same effect. Save your money and pick up some extras the next time you're at the Pharmacy. If you don't get out much, then this is better than nothing. I would not recommend this product to my friends.
