Vue Ballasts are the coolest ballasts available using 40% less electricity and burning 40% brighter. Their unique circuitry prevents premature lamp burn out and fading associated with VHO lamps. You can run VHO, HO, and STD lamps in any combination. In summary, the Vue 660 is a versatile and powerful ballast.

The Ultimate lamp driver for all VHO, PC and T5HO lamps.

One ballast can operate any combination, up to 4 lamps, with a total not exceeding 440 Watts.

The 660 is fully dimmable (T12 VHO bulbs only), operates silently, has many available features, is fully repairable and has a 3 year conditional warranty.

A high frequency solution for your Industrial, UV, Germicidal, Aquarium and Horticultural applications.

Available in 120V.

Vue Model 660 is the most versatile and powerful ballast.

Specific features include:

Unsurpassed Versatility - A Model 660 can operate up to 16 lamp feet with a total of 464 rated lamp watts.
Individual lamps can be 2 through 6 feet each. This corresponds to 12 different lamp configurations.
Maximum light output with VHO and HO lamps.
Cold temperature starts to -40 degrees Celsius.
Does not include power cord

CoralVue, founded in 2002, provides high-quality aquarium lighting at prices any hobbyist can afford. The company was formed by David D’Aquin, an underwater video and lighting expert who has teamed with commercial divers, the U.S. Navy and National Geographic on a variety of projects. D’Aquin took his knowledge of lighting and electronics and focused these passions on creating products for the aquarium industry. In just a short time, CoralVue pioneered the development of the 400-watt double-ended metal halide bulb and the unique color temperature spectrum of ReefLux metal halide bulbs. CoralVue also develops high-quality electronic metal halide ballasts to power their bulbs. They offer ballasts in single, dual, triple and dimmable lamp models. To compliment their line of lighting products, CoralVue entered the protein skimmer and calcium reactor market in 2004.

Comments: My old Icecap blew out, so I replaced it with the CoralVue, and it worked like a charm. The wiring harness is exactly the same which made from no electrical work. Plug in and play. Great Price!!!
