Comments: It really removes alot of debris. I have cut to size and change out frequently. They are not hard to clean. I am happy with the pad. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I use the 100 micron in my SubCurrent internal filter. I tried the 50 also but the 100 micron doesn't clog and reduce the water flow as fast as the 50 micron does. I cut it to the same size as the original one that came with the Sub Current. I wash it out two or three times before replacing it just by cutting another piece. The 12x18 size will last me several months so I think it's a good deal. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This stuff is absolutely fantastic. I used to have problems with green water not matter what I did, now it is crystal clear all the time. I just had my water tested at the local store and they said it was amazing - nearly perfect like a brand new tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This have always worked for me since i have a wet/dry drip filter. i have used it for years now and i still love how it collects a lot of the dirt and unwated effect you try to avoid in a reef aquarium Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: As a water polishing agent, this is a fantastic filter pad. It removes even the smallest of particles. Because it does remove such small particles, you will want to have a more coarse filter pad in front of it receiving the water flow first to avoid having to clean this constantly. It is a very durable pad as well and can be cleaned and reused many times. When you do use this, realize that because it removes finer particles that it will require more frequent cleanings. This is a great add on to your filter pads in a hang on the back filter as a polishing agent to make your water look crystal clear! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: We played around with about 6 different filter pad materials to determine that this one is by far our favorite for mechanical filtration. The reason for this is because it is an efficient cleaner as it removes both large and fine particles, is compact making it easier to use a 2 layer system with carbon/peat in the middle, is durable and has a long, reusable service life. Finally, like all filter sheets, if you purchase these and cut out your own filter pads, you will save a lot of money and get more efficient filtration in the process. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Good When You Can't use Carbon by cabelas

Comments: Good quality thick filter constructed in two layers. Coarse enough for good gravity flow, but fine enough in the dual layer to remove some particulates. We simply cut this to fit the slot of a standard carbon cartridge filter for use when medicating the fish our tanks. The carbon in a standard filter would otherwise remove the treatment. Using this prefilter keeps the water cleaner than running the pump without filtration. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I recently purchased this, and I love it! It's worked fanstically well, and, best yet, is machine/hand washable! I am very happy with it! We have a 170 G. tank and it's really helped clear up debris, as well as polish the water. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: A must for the serious hobbist. Frequency of change out depends on the condition of the water. This filter really pulls out the detritus and comes in a series of sizes or, can be cut to fit. Thankyou pure flow for a great micron filter pad. I use both the 100 and the 50 micron pads in combination with the course and fine filtration media. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Great filter media for the price. Traps debris so well that I have to change it every 2-3 days....luckily its reusable. I place mine on top of my sponge media in the sump and it really helps to clarify the water, especially after I finish feeding marine snow and other planktonic foods for my corals. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I just thought my tank was crystal clear. Eventhough all water parameters were perfect and water was clear - within 24 hrs the water was very polished. I looked at the pad and couldn't believe how dirty it was. Works better than the thicker filters in the sump - dispurses water evenly over filter media allowing better filtation over bio-balls. EXCELLENT! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Easy to cut to size and does the job. All my friends, including other marine aquarists always wonder how I keep my water crystal clear. I open the door to my sump, and then they see the answer. The inlet to the sump has a layer of Coralife Filter pad in the top chamber. It catches all the small particles that get past the 2 sponge filters I also have on the system. Great product, cheap and easy. Your water will definately be clearer if you add this to your arsenal. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Since using these,in my salt water reef tank, the water has NEVER been this crystal clear!! These have made 110% difference in the clarity of the water. I use these in my sump, under the normal filter pad, and it has made a tremendous difference. Everyone complements me on how clear and clean the water is and what a beautiful tank I have!I will never be without these!! They are that awesome! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is what I was looking for. This pad polishes the water like you wouldnt belive. But depending on your flow rate you may have to give it a quick rinse once or twice a day like me. My flow rate is around 1500 gph. This is the final pad in my sump before my refugium. This pad even gets rid of most microbubbles. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is my favorite filter pad for my 120 gallon saltwater tank. I use it as pre-filter and also cut a strip to lay in the drip tray before the water drips over my bio balls. Gets my water much clearer than any of the other brands, and is washable to boot. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Using on a MegaFlow model 3 wet/dry I found the Coralife Pure Flow 50 Micron Filter Pad easy to cut to the correct size. With a RIO 2500+ return pump providing the water flow I have found that over the past 4 days the water is clearer. Exactly why I purchased. Only downfall is the filter pad needs to be replaced once a day but the pads are easy to rinse/wash in the sink for future use. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I've been using this on both my tanks since I started reefing back in '05. Works wonders and polishes the water to a clear state! Only drawback, get's dirty quickly depending on your load, but it's 100% washable and will eventually have to be replaced after a few washes. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have a 95 gallon reef tank which I converted to a fish only tank after I lost everything from a week's loss of power in a hurricane three years ago. The water flows into a bioball filter below the tank with a 12X12 inch filter pad above it. I started using the 24X36 coralife filter(I cut it into 6 12X12 pads) as the filter pad about three years ago and since it is relatively inexpensive, I change it once a week, at which time it is almost black. I used to check my water weekly and change about 6 gallons per week and I would still lose fish. Since I started using this pad, I don't change the water (only add one gallon per day for evaporation), the water looks very clear and I haven't lost a fish in almost three years. I guess this goes against all marine tank keeping recommendations, but it has worked for me and has made life much easier with healthier fish. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
