It is very simple once you figure it out. It is made in Israel and the directions are confusing as can be! They want you to weigh the salt. Let me help you out. It is 1/2 cup per gallon of water. Anyways the salt is amazing and the other stuff is well worth it! Awesome product! Very easy! Oh yeah the thermometer sucks though. Not accurate at all.
