D-D ROWA

ROWA carbon contains extremely low levels of Phosphate, unlike many low cost carbon products on the market place which are washed in phosphoric acid as a final stage of preparation and which can release high levels of phosphate into the water. Safe for both saltwater and freshwater.

Premium Carbon Material

I have 150 gallon fresh water aquarium with a protein skimmer. I change the carbon bags every two weeks. I have mostly rainbows, some sharks, a few African Cliclids and a couple to 7 year old clown louches. The cheap carbon I have been using would periodically clog my filter bags in under two weeks no matter how long I washed it. The DROW carbon works fine after a very short rinsing, no clogging of the filter bags. I would recommend this product.

CARBON REVIEWs

Rowa carbon by far is the best carbon on the market, especially considering it has the lowest levels of phosphates of any carbon I have ever tested out there. And as we all know that anything by Rowa or D&D solutions is made by the best aquatics reef company out there the all mighty DELTEC. Feel confident when purchasing any of there products that you got th best out there.

Crystal Clear

I have been using RowaCarbon in my 90 gallon reef tank. I placed the filter bag in the sump, and I run it for about 2 weeks each month. It keeps the water crystal clear. In order to keep nitrates under control, I recommend removing the carbon after two weeks.
