Knocking a star of because the threads on one side are not right. I can only screw in about 5 turns. So I have to turn it around but it still works. Not worth the trouble sending it back. Good price though as these are more in the local store.. and it's hard to find in a store.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

1.5" Review

Comments:
The heavy duty nature of the 1.5" bulkhead results in the outside diameter being slightly larger than a regular duty bulkhead. I used a 2.5" hole saw to go through 2"x8" lumber. The resulting hole fit the regular duty bulkheads, but had to be slightly enlarged with a rotary rasp to fit these. I don't know it this comment holds up for any other heavy duty bulkhead sizes. None the less, it is very sturdy and well made.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

These are very bulky but are not leaking like the standard bulkheads I had prior. I also appreciated the nut like shape below the threads which came in handy. One of the washers, I bought 2 bulkheads, had a small pinched area which had me concerned, but worked fine, hence the 4 out of 5.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Will recommend. The bulkhead is as heavy duty as they come. The oversized gasket seals well. Make note that the Schedule 80 is quite a bit larger than its Schedule 40 brother due to the extra thickness of the PVC.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Very Solid. Also, the double threaded feature is nice because you don't have to ruin the bulkhead to make changes! Just screw in a cap on the inside, then unscrew the plumbing on the exterior!
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

A WOW Bulkhead!

An excellent bulkhead that is easy to use and I will say unbreakable! It went together like gangbusters and spilled not a drop. I used tape on the threads to make sure it stayed that way. Another nice upgraded product from MarineDepot!
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

much better than the horrible ones that are sold as standard but they have parting lines where they are white, where they are snapped off from mold.nut part on end has had a haphazard grinder taken to it to remove excess molding -which was not complete and i had to file the rest off! its worth 8$ but not what i paid ,better ones anywhere else ive shopped
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Sch. 80 3/4" Bulkhead

Comments:
Requires 1 5/8" hole. The sch. 40 bulkhead I had cracked when I tightened it (I'm a pipe fitter) "too much", so this was much better. I can't really imagine it breaking.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Worth the few extra dollars for piece of mind, and doing the job right the first time. Build quality is great with an extra thick rubber gasket. Remember that you will need a larger opening than what's required for a normal bulkhead.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Good Quality, Downside is the larger hole required for the SC 80, upside is the fitting on the base that allows you to hold the base on the bottom of the fitting so you don't strip the threads with a wrench trying to get the retaining screw off.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Even though its sch 80 it will still crack using teflon pipe dope and screwing a nipple into it. I recommend welding the connections with a good primer and pvc cement rated for sch 80.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Double Threaded Bulkhead

Comments:
I would highly recommend this to all of your customers.I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy again in the future. The schedule 80 bulkhead fittings have a heavier thread base allowing the locking nut to be tightened. In the past when I used the standard duty nut, it cracked when tightened.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
