Comments: Did my research and read that marineland canosters have had issues. So I paid the extra and got the eheim. Setup was easy and works great my fish love the current it puts out. Extra plus was it came with media and upgraded intake and exit piping. Would recommend to friend.

Comments: I'll admit up front to being a bit of an Eheim bigot, ever since they were recommended to me and I started using them in 1985. I still have that original 2013, though it's not currently in use. I love the quiet, and the overall ease of use. However, the recent features such as built-in quick disconnects, filter media baskets, improved pre-filters are truly outstanding. Most of the inconvenience and mess of filter cleaning is removed by these features, without a loss of throughput or function. Outstanding!
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
