Comments: very good product. manufacturer needs to work on ensuring the foam stays snug. otherwise, very good. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Great

Vortech Foam Covers (3pk) by HIGGY

Comments: I bought the 3 pack of foam covers for the Vortech MP-40W which I had also ordered at the same time. I probably would not have ordered the 3 pack if I knew that the pump came with one! That said, it does fit over the pump well. Since the Vortech is always on, the foam collects algae and mysis shrimp etc. during feeding, but is easily rinsed off. The foam restricts the flow just a little, but the MP-40W is strong enough that it can easily compensate with a small adjustment. I have a couple Sharknosed Gobies that are very small, and my hope is (so far, so good) that this foams keeps them from getting shredded! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Pretty incredible how much this powerhead moves water around in the tank. Overall tank health has improved. With this powerhead, I was able to remove all other power heads in my 29g reef. I'm very happy. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
