The 3581 "Feed-Air" Digital Auto Feeder lives up to the Eheim name. Every feature possible is contained in this attractive container. The electronically controlled programming allows up to 4 daily feeding cycles of flake food in either single or double serving sizes. The large, easily read LCD display/clock also shows the programmed feeding times. Food level monitoring is easy performed through the clear food container. The integrated ventilator prevents moisture from spoiling food or clogging the unit, so maintenance is almost non-existent. This unique feeder uses every last flake in the bin to prevent waste. Replace the battery every 6 months or so and this auto feeder will keep you and your tank critters happy for a long, long time.

Comments: A little tense reading instructions and learning its operation. But it is great at feeding the fish and even has a setting to feed twice at selected intervels seconds or minutes apart from selected feeding times. You have to be aware thats its battery operated and when you change batteries you have ten seconds to do it or you will loose your program.

Comments: I have purchased two of these feeders based upon the reviews of other people. However, the first one broke after one week due to electronic circuit board failure, and the second lasted another six months before it met the same outcome. This product I would not recommend to anyone, and would not buy again under any circumstances
