Comments: I use the Substrat Pro with the EHFILAV in my Cichlid tank and i have no problems what so ever :) Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: seems to work but i don't see anything growing on it. i love my ehiem canister filters, 2236 and 2217. they are great Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: There is no other way to say it except this is the most expensive filter media on the market. It is also by far the best and your money is well spent. Substrat-Pro allows incredibly efficient biological filtration and is ideal for people needing a large biological filtration system. If your aquarium is heavily stocked, throw this in a canister filter and you will be amazed how well this breaks down ammonia and nitrate. This will also last you a long, long time...we are at least 3 years into our first Substrat-Pro and there are no signs that are indicating it needs replacement. This is a great investment for fish health! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
