Comments: I'm actually using this filter bag to filter the intake of a submersible pond pump which is attached to a fountain. I don't think most people would it for this purpose, so I'll limit my review to say that it's inexpensive, well made, and works well to filter small "dirt-size" debris. For my purpose, it actually works too well. There's so much dirt and algae in my pond that the filter bag traps it and is eventually saturated and clogged by the pond water (consequently restricting the pump flow). Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: the bag doesn't really look like it does in the picture but the fine mesh works well and it was constructed well! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I am using these bags for my hydrocarbon and phoshate removers in the wet dry system of my 1200gal aquarium. They hold together well due to good stiching and the drawstrings close nicely eliminating any product leakage. All in all everything you could ask for. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: One of the worst marine aquaria products I have had the displeasure of ever receiving, and it really disappoints me that Marine Depot would even sell these. The ends of the stitching are long and loose, and with one use of the bag they come out and the bag starts to unravel and fall apart. The mesh is so coarse that it is impossible to fully close the bag at the top--DO NOT USE THESE BAGS WITH FINE MEDIA--it will come out the top and make a mess! Just avoid these terrible quality bags ALTOGETHER! I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I bought a few of these, they work ok, i found better ones that have a velcro that are easier, i had to tie the string so it wouldn't come open. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
