Comments: This tubing sucks!!! Its very thin. A platstic 1/2 hose clamp will not work, way to thin for that. Clear, black it all sucks. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I had purchase some 1/2 clear tubing for water changes from ACE Hardware and it was terrible. It was stay flat and was hard to handle. The tubing here stays perfectly round and made it easy to plumb my 32 gal pure water storage can for my water changes. It slightly more expensive but worth the price. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: It's an awfully tight fit to a 1/2" hose barb. It took several days of sliding into place little by little to get completely on. Perhaps this is normal for 1/2" vinyl, I don't know. I recommend reef safe lubricant. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I like this hose very much. I used it because I have it under my tank were I have a refugium light. And the clear builds algea from the light. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: For all of you who's preference is black tubing, you can't beat this. It was very flexible, and thick. As others have pointed out here, the internal diameter is 3/4in, so there's no reduced flow as with cheaper tubing. Not to mention it's black which just looks cooler when you're rocking out to the Cure. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Was hoping for soft tubing, this is no different than you can get at Ace Hardware. There is a much higher quality softer tubing, this is not it. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I made a 10' section for water changes, and it was to cumbersome and hard to siphon. After reducing it to 7' it became easier to work with. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: In the future I would always use clear tubing. Though the black tubing can easily be hidden you cannot see when a buildup is occurring inside the tube or on a pump mechanism is the water somehow stopped flowing . Clear tubing affords you these options. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I was pleased to see the I.D. (inner diameter) of this tube was actually 3/4". I tried my local stores and everything that was labeled 3/4" was actually 5/8" or less. That doesn't sound like much, but that 1/8" difference can have a significant effect on you flow volume. The hose worked out great! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
