The patented design allows it to Flip inside the tank simply by rotating the outer handle!
With a large soft cleaning pad on one side for daily maintenance and a Flip over to a stainless steel blade on the opposite side for removal of hard algae, it is all you will ever need to keep your glass crystal clear without ever reaching in the tank!

FAQ
1) Is Flipping difficult?
Flipping is Easy once you know how, but it does require you to follow the instructions.
Flip in areas with low water currents and near the top of the tank where you have room to flip away from your rocks.
2) What is the maximum tank thickness Flipper can be used on?
Flipper can be used on glass or acrylic tanks up to 12mm (1/2") thickness.
3) Will the metal blades rust and how long do they last?
Metal blades are made with 316 stainless steel which is highly corrosion resistent. You can leave the Flipper in your tank and the blade should last for months depending on your use.
4) Does Flipper work on bowfront tanks?
Yes!
5) Is Flipper the same as a Mag-Flip?
No. Mag-Flip was made by another company using FL!PPER's patent license.
Many months were spent perfecting the FL!PPER with stronger magnets, stainless steel blade and a more efficient scrubbing pad.

The flipper is the best scrubber I have ever used, I have used mag-float scrubbers before and they feel cheaply molded together. The Flipper on the other hand seems well made and solid. I do not like utilizing the flipping function as it feels like it hits the glass a little hard but in the few times I tried it did not scratch but I prefer to do it manually. Overall just a great product, my tank is at the outer limit of the tank thickness and the magnets are easily strong enough to do anything I need it to do.

The Flipper is a superior tank cleaning tool. The ABS scraper cleans heavy algae easily in my acrylic tank. It gets into tight spots against the rocks and cleans areas that were unreachable with the Mag-Float.
I just got this little jewel today and I am impressed. It's worth the price.

Just got this thing in and all I can say is awesome.. I was very doubtful after trying the mag float deal where you glue a scrapper. This thing is light and day different.. Perfectly clean glass in min, didn't have to get my hands wet and much safer then using a razor blade. Would be very hard to scratch glass with this. Expensive but will save you hours and your tank wont look like crap in a year.. This think ROCKS!!!

Works great!!
I was thinking about getting the cheaper flipping cleaner I've seen, but it had mediocre reviews. Flipper had good reviews on threads I read, so was hoping you "get what you pay for"....and gotta say....you do with this for sure! I have a 130g bow-front with 1/2" Starphire glass and the magnets are plenty strong.
I had several areas with heavy corraline growth due to lack of access with my older cleaner. Flipper is very thin, so I was able to get into those tight spots and the metal blade took out the corraline in 2-3 swipes. Was also able to get to a rim of growth at the substrate line and at water line that has been there forever. Anyway, tank now looks as new as the day I bought it!!
The pad side is softer than most cleaners. It works well for the film algae (actually nice for that since it cleans more like a soft cloth). For any harder algae, no doubt have to flip over to the scraper.
One word of advice. The flipping is Not intuitive. I thought I could just flip it no problem, but....nope. Had to read the instructions and really only figured it out well after watching their video a couple of times. Now can flip like a pro :).
Bottom line: I've had many cleaners and this is the best by far!

Found the price, very affordable. Like the fact that the razor edge is a permanent attachment. Very easy to turn over to the cleaner side.
Does a great job on any lower or corner edges algae.
You need a Little more effort to get off the purple buildup, otherwise its a great all around glass cleaner.

Works as advertised! I had been putting off cleaning the coraline algae off of the glass, because I didn't want to put my arm in the tank (again)! But, this thing took care of that, you just drop it in and go after the coraline like you would diatoms with your ordinary magnet. The only advice that I have is to stay away from the silicone, if you have a glass tank. That stainless blade looks like it could cause a leak if you weren't careful! I have not figured out the "flipper" feature yet, I just bring it to the top and flip it manually. Big deal! It's easy.
