Poor product

I have had this PH Tester for over a year and have never been able to trust it. The readings are all over the board. I keep the probe wet at all times and calibrate it the same time as my controller PH probe. It never reads the same as my controller probe, not even close. It also takes a long time (5-10 minutes) for the number to stop changing. It is not worth the money or the time.

Very Disappointed.

Granted, you get what you pay for and at $40 it's a great price. Unfortunately, this about the most unstable PH tester I have tried. It literally HAS to be calibrated before every use. I've actually calibrated it... used it... and then checked it and it was off already. Very frustrating. If you order this be sure you have 7.0 and 10.0 calibration solution on hand. I've checked this against professional PH equipment and trust me, if you do not calibrate it regularly you are not getting an accurate reading. I wish I had put this 40 bucks toward a more expensive model.

Awesome ph probe

Great quality product. Make sure to get the calibration liquid packs along with this to properly calibrate the probe. Shows exact numbers to a T. Does take awhile to read but works perfectly!

Love it

I chose this brand name because it is the same brand we used in the medical lab I used to work at. When I saw the price, I had to get two in case 1 died. Both meters seem to drift just a little the first few times I used them. Then they both began to behave perfectly. The more expensive model we used in the lab behaved the same way when new. That one is still in use. I can't believe the quality for the price. No more buying dip sticks for me.
