All the best components in an EASY TO USE plug and play system!!

The aluminum IceCap T5 pre-wired retro comes assembled so that all you need to do is select your preferred lamps, install them, snap the supplied reflectors to each lamp, plug the pre-wired retro into the supplied Model 660-009 ballast and finally plug the power cord into the wall!

Of course like all IceCap Incorporated products we will also support you with our legendary 3 year warranty. The T5 Pre-Wired Retro Kit Includes:

Including 8 T5 IceCap waterproof endcaps
660-009 wire harness – wired to the kit

Comments: Just recieved the Icecap wired T5 retrofit. A great product from a great company with great customer when required. As stated the retrofit is prewired, all that is requried is to connect the extension cable between the retrofit assembly and the Icecap 660 ballast, and plug it in. The unit comes complete with waterproof endcaps, ballast, all cabling, and SLR reflectors. It is ready to mount into your canopy or suspended above your tank. The hardest part was unpacking and selecting the lamps to install.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I love my new T5 Retro Kit and here are the pros and cons. Pros: The kit is easy to install, the end caps are designed well and the light bulbs snapped in easily and will be easy to change. They light up on the first try. Provided that you hold the bulb in place while you screw the end cap tight then installing and changing bulbs is a breeze! It was lightweight and all you need to install it is a screwdriver.Cons: The kit comes with no screws so you're on your own for those and it does not come with any written instructions either except the little slips of paper showing how the bulb clips fit onto the reflectors. A simple call to IceCap Tech Support answered all of my questions and installation was a breeze after that. The Ice Cap fans I bought are also easy to install and VERY QUIET. Tech Support was also wonderful in helping me out!
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
