Excellent!

Comments: The good about product,very nice look and sturdy. The negative the $3.50 hardware should be included for hanging. Another negative is you have to figure out everything no instructions. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Works great easily adjust up and down. No instructions. I bought two #6 hooks and two 1/4 thread x 1 Inch eyes and installed it that way. You have to cut some excess wire off so make sure you have good wire cutters and leave some for adjusting. Just slide the excess out of the housing then back in. You'll understand when it is in front of you. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I don't know if it worth the asking price considering that you have to go to the local hardware store and spend another two dollars for the ceiling anchors. But it does give it a nice look. Make sure that you get two washers to cover up the holes. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: It doesn't come with instructions, but if you call Icecap they're run through the basics with you. A quality product otherwise. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
