Comments: Was given an Icecap 660 Ballast w/harness, so this completed my retro kit perfectly. Save some money buying kit instead of each part seperate.

Comments: The endcaps really do not like to stay inside the standoffs. This is easily fixed by wedging a piece of a ziptie into the openings in the endcaps once they are snapped into the standoff. The internals of the encaps can actually just be exchanged with your old T12 internals. This saves a lot of time, and does not require much additional work.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
