Comments: The Pet Store was very prompt in processing my order and my supplies came very quickly. This was especially good since I was without a sterilizer until I got this part. Thank you for being prompt!! The price was very reasonable too. There were two problems with the product: I was unclear until the product arrived that the gasket (O-ring) that is necessary to seal the sleeve does come with the sleeve. It would be helpful if this was in the ad for the product. And the sleeve that I obtained looked like it was cracked at the lip but after getting it installed I decided it was just a bubble in a very tenuous part of the sleeve. I am hoping that it holds.
