Excellent!

Comments: After being in the hobby for 4 years I finally smartened up and threw away the water conditioner and purchased an RO/DI system. Everything is working as advertised and the setup and instructions were spot on. Funny story, I thought the output had decreased after about the first 20 gallons until I realized the reservoir I was using at that point had a hole in it. Small flood but at least the water on the floor was clean! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: i've never used one of these systems before so when I opened the box i was intimidated; however it's very easy to use and the water quality is pristine. My only complaint is that i wish the directions were easier to comprehend. ps. flow rate is slow at first then after a couple uses it speeds up (normal with these systems) Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
