Comments: Pump and filter cannot maintain less than three hundred gallons of water in a small set-up with duel out-flo with less than 30" of head pressure. I have placed over ten calls to the rep and the only answer is a full mailbox. My little pond set-up is now cloudy and not filtering as expected. This is not my first pond and definitely not my biggest, I have set up ponds containing over 800 gallons of water and also ponds housing turtles with no problems. This filter is rated at 1,000 gallons how could this be possible?

Comments: I bought this as a present to my roommate for his koi pond. Within a week the water had completely cleared up! Everything was simple, just plop it in and plug it in.

Comments: This filter works perfectly. My pond water has never been so clear. It is about a 2oo gallon pond with plants, koi, goldfish and frogs. The fountain works great and is adjustable in every way from flow to hiegt and left/right compensation. Would definatly recommend.
