Manufacturer Info

Loc-Line Aquarium Supplies
Loc-Line is the originator of the modular hose system. They offer a selection of hose sizes, various nozzles, connectors and accessories that can be assembled to optimize liquid, air, vacuum and gooseneck applications. After years of being frustrated by metal coolant hoses that never would stay where they were aimed and plastic hoses with metal positioning rods that broke, Arnold Lockwood conceived the idea for a modular hose that became Loc-Line. In 1981 Lockwood Products was started to develop that idea and the first Loc-Line was shipped in August of 1983. It quickly became the standard for low pressure coolant delivery and equally as quickly spread around the world.

Works Fine

Our expert on your product is Eloy Dominguez, who runs the glass polishing machine. The tubing directs the water onto the grinding wheel to keep it cool so that the glass does not overheat and break. The finished glass has a very smooth rounded edge. Eloy has been using and making fine adjustments to our Makivetro polishing machine for about 30 years; depending on the glass thickness and whether the glass is laminated or not.

Awesome

I used this along with the hose kit, y fitting and flare nozzle to divert the flow from my MJ1200 in my Biocube 29G. Fits great and holds tight to the original water outlet once you remove the original nozzle. Not sure what else you could ask for in a plastic nozzle, I guess we will see how it holds up to the saltwater but I am sure it will be 100% fine or else Customer Service would not sell it.
