Long term use

My original MK1 which was between the tank and regulator was found to be coming apart in the center This is why I bought another. Do not over tighten. It was difficult getting the thing out due to the Allen wrench opening flimsy connection with the remaining seal

MK1 Perma seal

I was tired of figuring out Co2 leaks from the system - Airgas CO2 dual regulator and SUMO post-regulator kit, I had opened up the whole thing re did the entire assembly. Not till i exchanged my nylon seals with this perma seal has the CO2 losses disappeared! Now the regulator easily holds pressure and my aquarium is merrily growing plants with 2bps CO2 injection!!!
Couldn't me happier
You need a small Allen wrench to tighten this thing, BUT DONT TIGHTEN too much or else the seal may get damaged.
