Comments: I purchased this because I work in a high security area and must use a clear container for any drink. I knew that a double insulated plastic cup would not hold the heat in my coffee, but I thought that I would give it try. Coffee was luke warm after an hour. However, the mug is nice quality and I will use it for cold drinks. It did arrive missing the handle screw cover, I hope that Customer Service sends me one. They shipped it in a very timely manor and it is exactly as advertised.
