I'm not one to complain, but when you spend $700 on a probe, only to receive it with all of the electrolyte solution dried out and in the box, I must say something. I contacted Neptune and they said that I now must spend another $70 on solution and membranes. Although, in the future I'll need membranes anyway, I just find this kind of ridiculous. End of rant, but my advice, if you purchase this probe, order the 5 membrane kit with it at the same time so in times of emergency (I run a rather large aquaponics facility where O2 monitoring is key in the fish tanks), you are prepared without the assumption this will be ready to plug and play. This isn't marine depots problem, as they have always treated me with A+ customer service.
