Information
Silversides are small, elongated fishes that occur naturally in large schools in shallow sandy areas. They provide an excellent source of protein and oils for predator-type carnivorous (meat eating) fishes. Collected and immediately packed while still in very fresh condition. Silversides are packed in "whole" form in flat packs only.
INGREDIENTS: Whole fresh silversides, water, vitamins (ascorbic acid, beta carotene, biotin, hydroxocobalamin [source of vitamin B12], niacin, riboflavin, thiamine HCL), amino acids (methionine [dl-methionine], L-Lysine, taurine), and trace elements of calcium chloride, potassium iodide, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, magnesium carbonate, and zinc sulfate.
GUARANTEED ANALYSIS: Crude Protein (min) 14.2%, Crude Fat (min) 3.3%, Crude Fiber (max) 3.6%, Moisture (max) 76.7% (Protein as a percentage of dry matter - 61%)
BEST USED FOR: All carnivorous (meat eating) fishes, marine, and fresh-water. Especially good for predators (Groupers, Lionfish, etc) and Anemones, Shrimps, Crabs, and other carnivorous invertebrates.

My eel would not touch them, My BTA would just let them fall. Might have been a bad batch, but the lady at a local Petco said her anemone would not touch them either. Not even the crabs would eat them.

The fish are much bigger than the usual silversides. My snowfalke eel usually eats 4 or 5 regular silversides but can only manage 2 of these.
