Ocean Nutrition, the maker of the famous “Formula Flake Foods”™ has just added a very interesting product to this already extensive range: the Spirulina Flakes.

The main characteristic is the inclusion of Spirulina in the flakes. Spirulina is a nutritionally valuable blue-green algae known for its color, health and growth enhancing properties.

The benefits of Spirulina algae can be summarized as follows:

Enhances color: Spirulina contains carotenoid pigments that will add to the brilliance of the color of the fish.

Comments: Quality product, but out of three seperate reef tanks only about three out of fifty fish will eat any.
I would not recommend this product to my friends.
