Comments: nice skimmer very easy to adjust water level in reaction chamber, takes up little space in my sump, takes a few days to start producing any foam but i like it. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Very easy to set your level, took about a week to fully break in. When it did it was pulling almost a cup a day. Great skimmer for the money then again I have never been let down by PM Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

RedLine Skimmer 125 on a 30gal by RYAN

Comments: First thing out of the box I loved this skimmer! Easy to assemble (takes about a minute to put it all together). It is super quiet running. One of the best things about this skimmer is that to adjust the skimmer's water height, all you have to do is turn a PVC pipe clock-wise or ccw and that's it! Another great feature is the outlet part, it sits below the water level so you don't get a lot of micro bubbles! Put it this way, my old ASM skimmer is not as good as the PM RL 125 skimmer. Also, it fits in a space that is 8-1/8" long and 8-1/8" wide! That's small! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Works ok easy to put together not much to adjust takes up an eight by nine inch area with pump not very loud plenty of bubbles Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: i have the RL175 on my 90 gal. fowlr and love it. very good quality with serious skimmate. I recomend getting a collection cup. did a lot of research before buying and was sceptical because their isnt much info online or very many reviews about it. If your thinking about getting one then dont hesitate. Its a great product. The instruction as stated above in other reviews are not that good but it is easy assembly. PM along with Marine Depot both have great costumer service so no worries. thanks marine depot for fast shipping as usual! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I ordered this skimmer to replace my Aqua C Remora HOB skimmer. I added a sump a while back and my system volume had reached the max volume for that skimmer. I did a lot of research and decided on this skimmer, the PM R125. At first appearance, it arrived very well packed. The instructions were sparse, but were adequate to assemble the skimmer. It was just a matter of friction fitting several pipes and arranging the included pump. The skimmer is made very well, as many other PM products are. It is thick acrylic with a very nice fitting collection cup. The bulkhead into the skimmer is threaded so that won't be going any where for a while. As I have already mentioned, assembly went very smoothly and so did installation. It has a fairly small footprint compared to other skimmers, and easily fit into my 20 gal. long sump, even with the installed bulkheads. I simply set it up and plugged it in. You adjust the water height by a simple turn of the out take pipe. It is labeled for easy adjustment. The needle wheel pump produces millions of tiny bubbles immediately. I adjusted the water height accordingly. It took about 10-14 days to break in, but now it is producing some nice skimate. It is rated up to 125 gallons, but I have it on my 55 with about 70 gallons of system water. It is lightly stocked and still pulling out some good foam. So far, I haven't fount any real downsides to it. I guess cleaning the inside of the chamber could be difficult, but so is trying to cleaning any skimmer's inside chamber. This is a well built and very good valued skimmer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their skimmer without paying an arm and a leg. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This product is well constructed, nice thick acrylic. Works great in my aquarium. I get nothing but the nasty black stuff in cup all the time. Also has a small footprint. This skimmer can fit in small sump area. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
