Comments: This is a very nice little moonlight. I ended up purchasing two for my standard 65g (36x18) with the controller. Like other reviews have said it is a very narrow beam of light, which is not a big deal, but enough to only give 4 stars. These were easily attached to my Tek light fixture and they are not even noticeable on the fixture. At night they make some corals really pop with color. My frogspawn glows green, along with many other corals, at night under these. I highly recommend them to people looking for a good moonlight. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I think this is a good product. It was shipped fast with regular mail. I have a 60 gallon tall aquarium and one covers my whole aquarium. My nocturnal fish come right out when I turn the moonlight on. I would recommend this product to anyone. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Let me start by saying that this product looks amazing, but there is a problem. They claim that the LEDs have a lifespan of over 11 years, not! Mine didn't even last two years. If you don't mind replacing them every year or two, they are great. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have a 30 gallon reef tank and am very pleased with the Moonlights output. It gives a great shimmering look when illuminated. It was easy to retrofit into my existing light fixture. Thumbs up!! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Great moonlight, I modded my nova extreme pro to have it fit my 29gal biocube. Since I feel it's a little too bright for my setup I'm also getting the controller which I guess has a dimmer or a lower setting on it Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This product does exactly what it says. I have a 37 gal fresh water tank with a brace in the middle so I had to put it to one side, but it still really turned my tank into a fun experience at night. Since its a LED it doesn't take up much energy and I can still see all my fish. Also when run with any kind of powerhead, the light moves across the room and creates a really awesome effect. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I had been looking for a lunar light so that I could see my fish when the tank was dark. This light gives just the right amount of light so that I can see the fish without disturbing them. Super easy to install - you can just use the adhesive and not have to worry about the screws. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have a 75 gallon tank and this light lights up the entire tank. Mounting bracket does not seem extremely strong, but it works. The only problem i have is i have a center brace going across the top of my tank and when i mounted the light in the center of the tank it casted a shadow, so i moved it off centered, and it is just fine. One side of the tank is brighter than the other, but not bad enough to aggravate me. Overall extremely impressed, this light really shines great. Also, with good waterflow in your tank it casts a great light show in the room with your tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I like the fact that the light is easy to install and can be put over glass, which isn't the way with the other two products I tried. Says it will cover a three foot area, my tank is a 20 gallon long so the light isn't installed high enough to cover that much area, would probably cover more if it was raised. My tank is two and a half feet accross and it allmost covers it. I like the sparkling and 'black light" effect it has. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The R2 Moonlight 11000 MC works perhaps a little too well -it illuminates the tank so much at night that I wonder if the fish can "sleep" at all! I changed the original 12-volt DC transformer for a 6-volt DC replacement to reduce the light output, and now the illumination is more acceptable. Future versions should include a dimmer control. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have a 46g bow front that I just converted to saltwater from freshwater. After reading up on lighting information, it was my understanding that moonlight is a good thing to have. Since my tank is 36" in length and the Moonlight 11000 MC covers approximately 36", I thought it would work out fine. It has worked out great. Just remember to adjust the light (front to back by rotating it in the holders) to where you want it in the tank. I mounted it into my 2 bulb hood (directly in the center) and slightly angled the LED's towards the front of the tank. Doing that has made the tank look beautiful. As long as you have good water flow in your tank, the blue light shimmers like you're in the ocean. Was definitely worth the money instead of buying an entirely new lighting setup just for the moonlight LEDs. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is a good little light. After using it for a bit I would say the price might be a bit high for it. There isnt much to it at all. Unfortunately there arent very many choices for moonlights either so maybe we are stuck with the price. The only thing I would like to see are other mounting options. All that is provided are 2 screws or double sided tape. Double sided tape in an environment where there is evaporated water is bound to lose its sticky ability. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This product is quite bright and looks really nice with the lights off. Easy to install. The one thing I would say is that if your tank has a center brace you may want the dual moonlight. The brace casts quite a shadow with only one of these over the center of the tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Installation was easy with mouting adhesive or screws. The mounts that the actual LED fixture slides into makes the fixture directional along the horizontal plane, thereby directing the light to the front or back of the tank, or anywhere in between. I installed this moonlight above my 30 gal. tank. This replaces the LEDs that came already installed inside my Coralife light. I will purchase this again for my next tank, no question about it. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
