Customer Reviews Write a review 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: Great Pretty Good !!! by TREVOR COATS Experience Level: Intermediate Posted on 3/20/2009 from NORTHRIDGE, CA UNITED STATES Comments: Overall this system is pretty good, but when you attach the solenoid directly onto the regulator make sure to use the nylon shim from the removed hose barb. That way it seals without having to worry about leaks. Another thing when tightening the solenoid to the regulator (be careful!) not to tighten it too fast otherwise you might pop off the rubber seal as it rubs on the plastic casing of the regulator. luckily I did not do it but it wanted to come off. Red Sea should not have use so much plastic for the regulator casing. Besides that the system went together very easily, and is precise for how user friendly it is. If you plan on creating a planted aquarium, CO2 is a definite must to meet the criteria for lush and healthy plants. This kit will definitely get your foot in the door so to speak, and get you on your way towards having the planted aquarium of your dreams.
