Max S Series 650

Salt Water fish have been a hobby of mine for 25 years. My first saltwater tank was a 10 gallon aquarium with a Eheim canister as my filtration system. Since that time I have owned five different reef tank systems. The last two aquariums were Oceanic glass aquariums that had all of the "bellls & whistles" custom made stands & canopies made out of red oak wth cherry stains, trigger filtration systems complimented by red sea ozone units. My last system was a 180 gallon aquarium tank with a 18 gallon sump with a trigger venturi protein skimmer which I enjoyed for the last eight years. I recently researched & will purchase a Red Sea Max S 650 series system that will be the best system I have ever owned. This system is by far the most well thought out & engineered system I have ever known. In addition, it is so quiet! No longer will I have Niagara Falls cascading down into my sump or the buzz of magneto power heads reverberating through my home! Sure the unit is expensive and yes I am now tied into red sea items for replacement parts but the trade off is worth it!
