Unsatisfactory

Comments: I got the meter last week and followed the instructions for calibration but when I tried to calibrate it to the 4.0 buffer I got and "Err" message. I contacted tech support and they gave me the email address and phone number to Reef Fanatic so I sent them an email explaining the problem and I have not heard anything back from them. At this point I would have to say that the product sucks. I sent them a second email today; hopefully they will contact me so I can find out what the problem is. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Excellent!

Comments: This controller manages the CO2 solenoid as part of my calcium reactor set up. It is easy to calibrate and very accurate. The housing is also innovative. It is self-supporting, or it can be wall-mounted or it can also be recess-mounted in panel for a very trick "custom" cabinet application. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
