The only reason I don't give five stars is because you have to mix a powder and the exact amount is not explained, it is only said to "put a light coat" on the measuring/mixing rod. “Easy and Accurate”

The tests were consistent and accurate. I tested my faucet water and it had 3 ppm of silica. My RO/DI water and tank had 0 ppm of silica. I check every 3 to 4 days for about 2 weeks and I came up with the same results.
