I ordered when getting unusually high alkalinity numbers with my Salifert kit. I ordered this one, plus the LaMotte kit and compared all three on the same sample. The results were identical. When received I was not shipped the correct kit. However, customer service fixed the problem and shipped me the correct kit that I ordered. Prices are very comparable to the on-line store I have used. Customer service was excellent. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
