  Description
SpectraPure® CSP-DI Systems feature SpectraSelect TFC membranes (guaranteed >98% rejection), a 0.5 µm MicroTec sediment filter, and a 0.5 µm Carbon Block Pre-Filter (for greatly enhanced membrane life), plus a 33% larger capacity SilicaBuster 10” DI cartridge. Deluxe CSP-DI systems are available from 25 GPD (95 LPD) to 180 GPD (680 LPD). The “push-to-test” Electronic Purity Monitor tells when it’s time to change the DI cartridge. The standard pressure gauge and clear filter housings mean better visibility to system performance. Also included is a filter wrench and a 3/4” garden hose adapter.

Note: A flush valve can significantly enhance the life of TFC membrane by flushing out any harmful impurity from the membrane.

Comments: This seems much better than the two Kent marine RO/DI systems that I have owned previously. The manual that comes with it for no other reason makes it a better system. It talks about flow rates of inflow and waste water. With the adjustable inflow tube you can make the RO diaphragm work most efficiently. Then the included measuring devices for both pressure and purity clearly make this the best of the three systems I've owned.

Comments: Fast and easy installation, replaced existing aging RODI system with this new SpectraPure unit in less than 15 minutes. Unit construction very solid. 90 GPD flow may be underrated - it filled up my 50 gallon reserve tank in less than 12 hours. Highly recommended.
