Awesome Ballast

I bought this to replace my old magnetic ballast. The plugs that came on this unit were not compatible with my lights, but it was pretty easy to open the unit and replace the cables with the cables & plugs from my old lights. If the unit wasn't so inexpensive, I probably would have made adapters instead of cutting wires and probably voiding the warranty. The lights are much brighter and nicer looking and the ballast doesn't heat my office like the old unit. I actually like this ballast better than the IceCap units on some of my other tanks. This ballast will also handle 175W bulbs (as per the instructions in the box).
