Comments: I've used this kit for three years, works great. At first it did take getting used to, but this kit is better than the others I used before. Reliable and accurate. I recommend reading this kit and all others under an incandescent light not a cfl bulb. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I was hesitant to buy this kit b/c of comments about the difficulty to read the color change. I use a white piece of paper under the vial and the color change from light blue to clear is easy to see. I find the kit easy to use and accurate. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The kit is well put together, but, its fault lies in that the light blue color that is your start point is entirely too faint. If you have trouble discerning extremely slight color changes, this kit is worthless to you. I see color very well, and it was a challenge to tell when I reached the endpoint of a CLEAR from very very pale blue, even when reading from the top down, against a white background and compared against the clear sample test tube of tank water. Salifert kits are much easier to read, but, currently, IMO, unreliable due to manufacturer issues. Still searching for a better alternative. I would not recommend this product to my friends.
