Design is much more than only styling of existing products: It is the expression of an idea and a concept; it opens one’s eyes. Turbelle® nanostream combines aesthetics and function. This innovative circulation pump sets new records: At a diameter of only 2.75" it enables a water flow of 660gph at an energy consumption of only 7W. The pump includes a very large strainer for the intake which prevents premature soiling. The spherical shape permits an ingenious 3D setting of the direction of flow. As a standard feature, Turbelle® nanostream is supplied with a magnetic holder (holds up to 1/2" thickness), which enables uncomplicated attachment at any position on the aquarium pane.

Comments: On the plus side the flow is very good. On the negative side I purchased two 6095 pumps. One 3/2012 and one 12/2012 both are dead. For the price I expect these to last much longer. 5 years + would be a minimum. I will be scrapping my entire Tunze system in search of something reliable.

Comments: I have a pair of Tunze 6095's connected to my Neptune Apex controller. Once again, excellent Tunze quality, very quiet powerheads. Also nice to have long power cords that connect to the body of the powerhead - cable gives plenty of reach so that I can leave my Apex where it is & not have to relocate it due to short cables.

Comments: Popped two of these in my 60x18x26 125 gallon with a controller, and beyond my new kessil a350's, these were the best improvement I have done to my tank in a long while. Super quiet, and they can easily handle the job. Love the storm cycle and all the options on the USB controller!

Comments: I bought two of the 6015 models for my 29 gallon saltwater tank. So far I have really liked them. They are absolutely 100% quiet. My corals have responded well to the movement from these powerheads than they did with my previous powerheads (which where a couple maxi-jets and a nano koralia). The magnets are nice and strong and they do a perfect job dampening any sound from the pumps normal vibration. The only minus these powerheads have is there size. I was expecting them to be a bit smaller than they are, but it is not that big of a deal though. I would choose these powerheads over any other in the price range though.

Comments: Purchased this pump for circulation inside my fuge. While many would have probably gone with a cheaper pump for this task, I chose this one as it is quite inexpensive and moves a lot of water plus Tunze pumps are about the quietest most dependable pumps on the market. If you buy right the first time then you only have to buy once. Look into Tunze for this and many other products and you will be happy you did.

Comments: This is my second 6045. I use this one in my Oceanic 45 Gal. Based on my needs and location I can adjust the flow from 400-1200 gph. Very quite, reliable and vesatile.
