Wavecontroller 7092

The new Wavecontroller 7092 fitted with a membrane keyboard is a control unit for all Turbelle® pumps with electronic motor.

It is the perfect synthesis between Singlecontroller 7091 and Wavecontroller 6091, and thus can synchronously or reciprocally control two Turbelle® pumps.

Pulse Mode Wave Simulation: Set maximum and minimum velocities as well as pulse duration. Creates natural alternating currents ideal for smaller aquariums with only one controllable pump. Two pumps can be set to pulse together or in inverse mode.

Oscillating Mode Pump channels can be used as Wave Controller with automatic search of resonance frequency. Oscillating mode switches between Pulse Mode pumps and Waveboxes.

Food Timer Allow all pups to be stopped at the push of button. Pumps restarts automatically after a period of roughly ten minutes (or adjustable time period on 7096). During food timer operation, all pumps twitch periodically to keep small fish from entering pumps.

*Moonlight with Moon Phase Simulation Natural, soft white moonlight with 29-Day cycle of waxing and waning. Can be synchronized with actual moon phases.

*Night Mode Operation Option to have pumps and Waveboxes run at lowest speed automatically whenever main aquarium lights are off. Triggered by photocell built into moonlight.

*Photo-Electric Cell 7094.05 (sold separately) required for for Moonlight and Night Mode functions.

Wavebox godsend

If you have a Tunze wavebox with the older, manual controller, this one is the unit to replace it with. I've had friends spend hours upon hours, trying to attain a good wave in their tank with the older controller. With the wavebox button on the 7092, I was able to get a perfect wave in under 60 seconds. Simply hold the button down for 2 seconds, wait for it to ramp up to the wave you want and hit it again Highly recommended for use in this regard. Anytime the tank is rearranged, the wave resonance can change, making this option on the controller one that could be useful many times over

This is used with a 6105 pump. The adjustment takes a bit. The membrain buttons are a little tough to know are they adjusting. In the stream mode notice little difference from low to high. Seems like the flow is constant velocity no matter how extreme the two ranges are. The wavebox mode really works great and have to say they know their pumps on circulation. The whole tank 75 gallon is cleaned with ease as opposed to 4 pumps I had everywhere. Like their skmmers this is as good as it gets just not cheap. On the telephone their engineers really know their stuff. A+++
